Pre-Order Policy and Information
1. WHAT IS A PRE-ORDER
A pre-order is an item that is not currently available in stock but will be released at a future date. By pre-ordering, customers can secure the item and ensure they receive it once it's released, avoiding the risk of it selling out. Estimated ship dates for pre-orders are typically provided in the product description, although they are subject to change by the manufacturer.
2. HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO ARRIVE?
We ship worldwide from Los Angeles, California. Since our products are all made by hand, please allow 4-6 weeks for your order to be shipped. Once we receive the Pre-Ordered items we will ship them to you within 2-5 business days. Once your item is shipped, you will receive an email confirmation along with a tracking number to monitor your delivery.
Please note that if you have ordered multiple items in your pre-order, we will hold off on shipping your complete order until all items are in stock. This ensures that you receive your entire order together. Do keep in mind that some items may arrive before others due to availability differences.
3. WHEN WILL YOU CHARGE FOR MY ITEM?
To secure your item, you will be charged at the time of purchase.
4. CAN I CANCEL ITEMS THAT I HAVE PRE-ORDERED?
Yes. Please contact us at info@iseeneon.com. Please note that canceled Pre-Orders are subject to a 20% cancellation fee.
RETURNS
Returns will be accepted within 14 day(s) from the original purchase date. Items must be returned unused and in original condition. Some items, such as items on sale, may be ineligible for returns.
In the case of delayed processing, customers will have the option to cancel their order for a full refund. Shipping provider delays do not fall under the seller’s liability. For delayed orders, please first contact the shipping carrier for the item’s status.
DAMAGED ORDERS
iSeeNeon™️ is not liable for lost or damaged products after the order has been placed in the hands of the shipping carrier. If your product has arrived damaged, reach out to us so that we may assist you in filing a claim with the shipping provider.
SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS
- Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. boxes.
The TSA (Transportation Security Administration) has restrictions on what items can be shipped through air transportation in the US. As such, any unauthorized items for air shipment may require a different shipping method.
